She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Kind and Mabel Kind (Johnson); her husband Kenneth Hium; her sons-in-law, Jerry Gouge' and Tom Ament; and her siblings, Ruth Rasmussen (Raymond), Elroy Kind, Vernon Kind (Neva), Orlando Kind (Alvina) and Elmer Speich (Chet Nirva).
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Teddy, Sydney Hassemer, Marcus, Makayla, Clare Coleman and Walker Turnquist; her daughters, JoAnn Hium of Eau Claire, Peggy Turnquist (Wayne) of Eau Claire, Darla Hium of Wauwatosa, WI and Patricia Arfinengo of Arequipa, Peru; her siblings, Darlene Speich of Rockford, IL and Otto Kind (Pat) of Greenwood; and her sister-in-law Marie Nirva of Withee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
