It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna R. Phelps (Eau Claire, Wisconsin), born in Monroe, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 10, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Kahl and Rosie Kahl (Lisser); and her husband Terry Phelps. She is survived by: her brother Michael Kahl of Gratiot, WI; and her sister-in-law Sally Kahl of Monroe, WI. She is also survived by great nieces & great nephews; and by "Dixon", her beloved dog.
