He was predeceased by : his parents, Werner Radke and Eileen Radke; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Shirley. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Larvick Smith; his children, Eirik Smith and Kristin Smith-Procter; his brother Joel; his sister-in-law Sharon; and his aunt Phyllis Fick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
