He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miller and Nellie Miller; his wife Margy Ann Hestekin; his son-in-law John G Zasada; his great great grandchild Grayson Eagleman; and his nephews, Bruce Simonson and Chuck Hestekin.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Zasada, Ricky Forster (Maureen) and Mike Forster; his grandchildren, Julie Crawford, Harold Loyd, Rebecca and Mollie; his great grandchildren, Johnny Neveda Marco, King, Hazel, Michael, Morgan, Mikaela and Caden; his great great grandchildren, Layla and Benny; and his sister-in-law Janette Forster. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and friends.
