He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Tullar and Marjorie Tullar; and his siblings, Robert Tullar and Bette Elmlinger. He is survived by: his wife Alice Tullar of Eau Claire; his sons, Miles Tullar (Kathy) of Streator, IL and Martin Tullar (Donna) of Eau Claire; his grandson Jamie Tullar; and his great grandchildren, Naomi and Miles.
