He was predeceased by: his parents, Anastasios Parris and Johanna Parris; his grandson Tucker Parris; and his stepson Brian Hanson. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Hanson (DiPalma); his granddaughter Laurie; his children, Jim Parris (Joan), Joe Parris, Jeff Parris (Jackie), Shawn Putnick, Carin Schultz and Patrick Hanson (Hillary); his grandchildren, Michelle Hairston, Benjamin Tibbets, Christopher Tibbets, Allison Dolensky (Jim), Daniel Parris (Aneta), Emily Parris, Jeffrey Parris, McKenna Parris and Jonathon Parris; his brother Thomas Parris; Jim. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In place of flowers, the family asks that you donate to Regis Foundation (regiscatholicschoolsfoundation.com) or Heifer International, the nonprofit choice of his late grandson, Tucker Parris, or to the charity of your choice.
