He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Rapp and Rena Faye Rapp (Kennerly); his wife Alice Rapp; and his siblings, Istra May Baker (Donald), Lowell Ray Rapp, Marvin Glenn Rapp (Esther) and Donald Gene Rapp (Carol).
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hall (Barron) of Fairfax, VA, Shawn Rapp (Pamela) of Eau Claire and Cheryl of Sun Valley, CA.; his grandchildren, Christopher, Allison Meyle, Aaron (Fawn), Isaac, Jacob Rapp and Justin Longhurst; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Aiden, Fiona, Eleanor Rapp and Zayn Meyle.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Chapel (2222 London Rd, Eau Claire, WI 54701). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. When the Covid pandemic made it dangerous to meet in person, the group, the "Old Geezers", continued to meet via Zoom.
