He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wellner and Eleanor Wellner; his wife Lois Cooley of Joseph's Church; and his siblings, Richard and Carol Shevlin.
He is survived by: his sons, Gordon (Betty) and Robert (Michelle); his grandchildren, Angie Kopacz (Joe) and Travis Wellner (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Sebastian and Lewis Kopacz; and his close friend Judy Gindt.
