He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane "Curly" Welter and Lucille "Lou" Welter (Schultz). He is survived by: his children, Paul Welter (Rebecca), Chris Welter (Nicole) of Orlando, FL and Alicia Weisenbeck (Shawn) of Eau Claire; his grandchildren, Danny, Andy, Chanté, Cevon, Kaden and Katelyn; his great grandchild KJ "Huddy"; his grandchildren, Keyandra (Jolee), Mqylei (Nick), Netayo, Nyeisa and Vivyana; and his brother Jim Welter (Lou). He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be given to the charity or organization of your choosing.
