He is survived by: his brother Terry (Mary Ann); his former wife Cindy; his children, Tim O'Donahue (Becky), Colleen Stordahl (Luke), Shannon Garcia (Jose) and Aaron O'Donahue; and his grandchildren, Corrigan, Juniper, Bryar, Rowan, Izzy, Ari, River and Shelby.

“My heart is weighing heavy as of today we heard that jack died.we were on century 21 shows (carnival) , we had so much fun. Jack and i did the pony rides and kiddie rides. When i got back to wisconsin he was there in eau claire,wi and sue and mack and i were going to get together, he use to call me and wanted me to come down and see him,i was always to busy,the weekend i was going to see him he had to move,and told me to wait for a while as he was moving in with his daughter. I remember tim.”
