She was predeceased by: her mother Audrey. She is survived by: her husband Blake Howe; her children, Blake Dean Jr. and Marcella (Henry); her grandchildren, Hugh and Margaret; her father Kenneth; and her siblings, Joan (Stu), Andrew (Gretchen), Janet (Paul) and Steven (Elizabeth). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be done to Joy's choice of Wisconsin Public Radio, Planned Parenthood, a charity of your choice that helps people, or any act of kindness.
