She was predeceased by: her father Richard Frank; her daughter Ann Marie; and her sister Carol Meservey. She is survived by: her mother Gertrude Frank; her husband Clifford Bowman (Pete); her children, Christine Steahr (Matthew), Kathy Stephan (Rich), Margie Kleinschmidt (Tim) and Peter Bowman; her siblings, Dick Frank (Judy), Tom Frank (Diane), Sue Miller (Dave) and Mary Thiede (Tom); her grandchildren, William Steahr (Sarah), Julia Stephan, Aaron Stephan, Sara Stephan, Gretchen Kleinschmidt, Annalise Kleinschmidt, Kase Kleinschmidt, Ahna Bowman and Hunter Bowman; and her great grandchild Ryan Steahr.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Immaculate Conception school library or Apple Crisis Pregnancy center in memory of Joyce M. Bowman.
