She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Duchac and Lavine Duchac; her husband Eugene La Fave of John's Catholic Church; and her brother Jerry Duchac. She is survived by: her brother Jack Duchac; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Debra; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Madison and Braydon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, additional relatives, and friends.
