With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mark A. Turner of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, born in Bismarck, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 10, 2025 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his mother Jewell; his stepmother Lorraine; his father Arthur; and his sister Joy. He is survived by: his siblings, Beth Rataczak, Dave Turner (Connie) and Jim Turner; his children, Jonathon Turner and Kristin Emery (Zach); his stepson Andrew Burling (Nancy); his significant other Vicki Dowell; the mother of his children Brenda Cisek (Gunnes); his grandchildren, Samantha, Cora, Nathan, Roark, Mason, Franklin and Bryce; and his great grandchild Marcus. He is also survived by nephews and their children.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to their GoFundMe to provide life saving AEDs to businesses in honor of Mark. Keep Mark's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
