Though Marlene may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Cripe and Ethel Cripe (Hamilton). She is survived by: her foster brother Ron Hanson (Sue); her sibling's children, Julie Hanson (David), Jenny Hanson and Terrance Hanson; and her cousin Carol Landgren (Ryder).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (3036 Epiphany Ln, Eau Claire, WI 54703). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Forest Hill Cemetery (514 E Columbia St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729). A committal service was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
