He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon K. Graham; his brother John Graham; and his uncle Mike Johnson. He is survived by: his father Thomas Johnson; his stepparents, Barbara Johnson and Patrick Graham; his sister Jaclyn Ballina (Jason); his niece Isabelle; his brother Nick Graham (Tina); his nieces and nephews, Josie and Jase Graham; his brother Dave Graham (Tara); his nephew Jake; and his niece Gracie Graham. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Christian Church (310 W Polk Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54701).
