He is survived by: his parents, Michael Lee and Arlene Lee (Breiter); his wife Roxann (Diermeyer); his daughters, Jodie Lee and Jennifer Olmsted (David Olmsted); his granddaughters, Kayonna Lee, Nakia Olmsted, Nya Olmsted and Adessa Olmsted; and his sisters, Cheryl Puls (Dan Puls), Sandi Nelson (Dennis Nelson) and Shelly Lee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
