He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Hurst and Ada Hurst (Moore); and his sister Janet. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, CJ and Tony (Lisa); his grandchildren, Barnaby, Julian and Meren; and his sister Joy (Denny).
