It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. Cable of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Cable and Ethel Cable; his wife Marlene Jensen of Stevens Point; his brothers, William Cable (Virginia Fischer) and Robert Cable; his half-brother Donald Lezer; and his brother-in-law John Anderson.

He is survived by: his children, Kurt Cable (Tammy) of Rochester, MN, Dan Cable (Lizzy) of Denver, CO, Kathy Caskey (Chuck) of Denver, CO and Jodi Welch (Randy) of Sherrard, IL; his grandchildren, Rich (Amanda), Brianna, Kate, John (Emma), Madeline, Frances, Cooper, Charlie, Maria, Benjamin, Aidan and Brennan; his great grandchildren, Melanie, Morgan, Lila and Colin; his sister Judy Cable Anderson of Stevens Point, WI; his siblings-in-law, Lois Cable, Nancy Jensen Charlton of Murphys, CA, Claire Jensen Hansen of Watertown, WI, Win (Butch) and Steve Jensen (Pam); and his close friend Lori Juneau. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
