He is survived by: his mother Monica Gagnon; his wife Jill Thornton; his daughter McKenzie Boettcher (Trey); his grandchild Shaye Boettcher; his siblings, James (Sherri Olson), Mary Ellen Gagnon, Paul, Peter (Juanita), Michael (Jennifer) and Patrick (Sandy); his father-in-law Bryce Cheatham Jr. (Jeanine); and his brother-in-law Jeff Cheatham (Mylinda).
