It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Scobie Giles of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene Giles and Bettie Giles; his brothers, James and Richard Giles; and his sister-in-law Ann.

He is survived by : his wife Laurie; his daughters, Kelly VandenBush (Jake) and Colleen Harris (Chad); his grandchildren, Keanan, Austin VandenBush and Alexa Harris; and his brothers, Thomas and Gary Giles (Chris).

J. Craig Gibson wrote a sympathy message

“To the Family - Bob was a good friend and as an owner in Variety Office Products we had the chance to help his company with furniture and supplies, but what I really enjoyed was what a gentleman he was and I can not say enough about the respect I had for Bob. My condolences for the loss of such a GREAT HUMAN BEING. I plan to attend the April celebration of life. Craig Gibson Currently living in Hudson, WI.”
