He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Kappus (Cathy), Paul Kappus (Teresa) and Mary Brott (Darin); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Kappus, Kyle Kappus, Karissa Kappus, Andrew Brott, Justin Brott, Rachel Krpec (TK) and Alex Kosier (Samantha); his siblings, Richard Kappus and Cheryl Friedrich; and his sister-in-law Patricia Gansluckner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
