He is survived by: his siblings, JoAnn Russell (Michael) of Eau Claire, Mark Kouba (Patricia) of Elk Mound and Larry Kouba (Pamela) of Princeton, TX; his uncle David Dupey (Janice) of Exeland, WI; and his aunt Connie Rose of Eau Claire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
