He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne. He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Otten and Bill; his daughter-in-law Monica; his brother Bob of Lake Geneva; his grandchildren, Kortney Otten, Doug Bonney, Andy Otten and Alex Spedding; his great grandchild Jackie; and his grandchildren, Fred Lutz and Dinners.
