He is survived by: his sister-in-law Shirley Johnson; his nephew James Germann (Patty Dekan); his great-nieces, Cari Jaquish (Jason) and Jodi Zinsmaster (Kevin); his niece Sharon Germann; his great-nephews, Richard Germann and Michael Germann (Julie); his niece Karen Varpness (Pat); and his close friend Joanne Smith.
