He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Ritzinger and Verna I. Ritzinger (Vonnie); and his brother-in-law Ross Anderson. He is survived by: his siblings, James (Patricia) of Plymouth, MN, Catherine McGuire (David), Susan Anderson, Rosemary Ritzinger of Minneapolis, MN and Caroline Larson (Neil) of Maple Grove, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
