He is survived by: his close friend Kari Houle; his mother Barbara J. Johnson; and his siblings, Jackie Swanson, Jennifer P. Thompson, Angela I. Thompson, Cynthia L. Thompson, Daniel A. Thompson and Bryan C. Thompson. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.
