He was predeceased by: his sister Shirley (Holmes). He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sister Linda Moak (Roger); his daughters, Brenda Johnson (Del) and Trish Haley (Mike); and his grandchildren, Heather, Sarah, Lindsey, Shasta and Tony. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
