He is survived by: his wife Diana K. Smith; his children, Melissa Bright of Cocoa, FL, Joel Bright of Edgerton and Matthew Bright of Edgerton; his grandchildren, Cameron Dobson of Edgerton, Dylan Siegfried of Cocoa, FL and Owen Siegfried of Cocoa, FL; his siblings, Paula Shafer of Essex, IA and Kent Bright (Michelle) of Shenandoah; his mother-in-law Sharon Smith of Clarinda, IA; and his brothers-in-law, David McKinnon of Edgerton and Raymond Smith (Jerilyn) of Clarinda. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews.
