He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bongle and Marie Bongle; and his brothers, Robert Bongle and Richard Bongle. He is survived by: his wife Lois Bongle; his children, Lauri Bongle, Donnie Bongle (Kelly) and Lynn Langer; his grandchildren, Leland Bongle (Caitlyn), McKenna Lary (Tony), Tyler Langer and Dylan Bongle; his great grandchildren, Stetson and Bennett Bongle; and his siblings, Donna Laabs (Bill), Tom Bongle (Vonnie), Kenny Bongle (Mary), Ellie Pastorius (Ken), Bill Bongle (Joanne), Lois Blahnik (Skip), Betty DeJardin (Gene), Stanley Bongle (Kathy), Doug Bongle, Mary Linton (Steve) and Joe (Kendal).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Rock County Cancer Coalition in Donald's name so his memory lives on in support of those families fighting for more time with their family members.
