He is survived by: his mother Susan Peterson; his brother Jeff Chapman (Tara); his nephews, Josiah Chapman and Chase Munns; his niece Paige Munns; his uncles, Jeff Peterson (Iva), Steve Peterson and Dan Peterson (Deborah); his aunt Laura Quale (David); his cousins, Jennie Zuk (Jon), Monica Peterson, David Peterson, Daniel Peterson, Rachel Gates (Lee) and Jacob Peterson; and also, Jaden, Jodie, Riker and Oliver.
The family would ask that any memorial contributions be made to the Edgerton Outreach Food Pantry in honor of Jeremy.
