She is survived by: her significant other Michael Smith; her stepdaughter Tracey Lorentzen; her stepgrandchildren, Dylan of Mason City, Iowa. and Mariah Collins of Mason City, Iowa.; her partner's daughters, Kristy Smith and Megan Cassinelli (Josh); and her grandchildren, Megan Cassinelli, Logan Delmore, Tyler Smith and Konner Collier.
