He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole and Alice (Julseth). He is survived by: his daughter Diane Roang (David Gaarder); his grandson Sverre David Roang (Sara); his great grandchildren, Aliya Macdonald, Ezra Roang and Isabel Roang; his friend Florence Scott; his wife Ruth (Larson); and his siblings, Chester, Stanley, Morris and Beulah.

Memorials may be made in his name to Central Lutheran Church or to a charity of your choice.
