Marilyn S. Rowin Obituary
Marilyn S. Rowin, born on August 24, 1927, passed away on September 14, 2026. Marilyn leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Denton and Dorothy Denton (Neu); her husband Raymond Rowin; her sons, LeRoy Rowin and Steven Rowin; and her daughters-in-law, Wanda Strand and Marcia Rowin.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Clayton (Thomas), Leonard Rowin, Herbert Rowin (Cathleen), Carol Vernig (Steve) and Catherine Rowin; her daughter-in-law Betty Rowin; her brother John Barden (Nancy); and her brother-in-law Ron Butz (Deirdre). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Monona United Methodist Church (606 Nichols Rd, Monona, WI 53716). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Marilyn's name to PBS Broadcasting and Bristol Hospice.
