He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Poltrock and Katherine Poltrock (Dollie); his brother Larry Poltrock; and his niece Jennifer Poltrock. He is survived by: his wife Caryl Poltrock of Janesville, WI; his son David Poltrock (Wendie) of Johnson Creek, WI; his grandchildren, Max, Owen and Olivia; his nephew Billy Poltrock (Lesley) of Glen Ellyn, IL; and his sister-in-law Mary Weber (Dale) of Watertown, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
