He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria; his daughters, Sonia Odarczenko (Andy Gauder) and Marie Czenko; his grandchildren, Andrew, Nicholas Kuechel, Ana and Sophia Gauder; and his sister-in-law Helen Kisala. He was also cherished by uncle to his nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church (300 Army Trail Rd, Bloomingdale, IL 60108).
