He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Guarino and Marie Guarino Jr. (Masciopinto); and his wife Carol Jean Cernuska. He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Springer (Craig) of Illinois and Lori Keiser (Jake) of Illinois; and his grandchildren, Kristina and Matthew.
