He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Moore and Jean Moore (Parker); and his brother Kevin Moore. He is survived by: his wife Doris Ann Weise of Egg Harbor; his children, Jennifer Moore (Sue) of Green Bay, Ian Moore (Kiana) of Green Bay and Jack Moore of Baileys Harbor; and his siblings, Robert (Nancy), William (Mary Kaye), Richard, Michael and Karen Spittlemeister. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
