He was predeceased by : his parents, Ole Wik and Hattie Wik (Austin); his brother Thomas Wik of Altoona; his wife Bernice Wik; and his siblings, Doris, Ethel, Loretta, Zandra, Herman, Lloyd and Glen.

He is survived by : his sister Diane Slifer (Duane). He is also survived by great grandchildren, as well as many neices, nephews and friends.
