She is survived by: her husband Gary Hazen; her children, Amy Hazen (Dave Robinson) of Eleva and Matthew Hazen (Rhonda) of Eleva; and her brother Roy Enger (Mary). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
