He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Steen and Hazel Steen (Hutter); his sister Janet Hase; and his nephew Terry Steen. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Steen (Taneka) of Florida and Mathew Steen of Elk Mound; his siblings, Ronald Steen (Sandy), John Steen (Cheryl), Charles Steen (Carrie Johnson), Karen Price and Beverly Bartholomew (Patrick); his brother-in-law Ronald Hase (Butch); and his grandchild Addilynn Steen of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
