He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Franz and Eula Franz (Jackson); and his sister Peggy Grogan. He is survived by: his wife LouAnn Reiter; his daughter Laura Franz of Verona, WI.; his brothers, Rick Franz (Judi) of Elk Mound and Randy Franz (Heidi) of Elk Mound; and his pets, Toby and Teddy.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chippewa Valley Cremation Services (1717 Devney Dr, Altoona, WI 54720). A prayer was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location.
