She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Ashworth and Ruth Ashworth (McCarty); her husband Martin H. Thomas; her son Keith Thomas; her grandson Trevor Thomas; her brother Tom Ashworth; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Holfeltz, Anita Ashworth and Roger Thomas.

She is survived by: her sons, Jim Thomas (Nancy), Steve Thomas (Janette McClellan) and Rick Thomas (Deb); her grandson Josh Thomas (Trisha); her great grandchildren, Hazel and Simon; her grandchildren, Sage Duncan (Drew), Mira Thomas, Todd Thomas and Ashley Fogeltanz (Dylan); her great grandchildren, Chase and Jordy; her granddaughter Sarah Rose (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Caden and Julia; her stepgrandchildren, Allen Schilder (Brenda), Dale Schilder (Jen) and Amy Schilder; her siblings, Bill Ashworth (LaVonne), Mike Ashworth (Kim) and Pat Wrensch (Doug); and her siblings-in-law, James Thomas (Nancy), Mike Holfeltz, Alice Thomas and Debbie Ashworth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Jayne's name.
