He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chopich and Delores Chopich (Holzer); his wife Barbara Chopich; his daughter Chantall; and his sister Debra Bennin.
He is survived by: his children, Katherine Walczak (Ben) of Sussex One and Jonathan Chopich of Sheboygan Falls; and his grandchildren, Tanner, Connor and Carly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and beloved friends.
