Robert L. Ruh Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert L. Ruh of Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 16, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Ruh and Hilma Ruh (Sinner); his daughter Pamela Jean Ruh; his grandson Tucker Ruh; his brothers, Randall, Donald and Gary; his parents-in-law, Roman and LaVera Bramstedt; and his brother-in-law Ronald Bramstedt.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Bramstedt; his children, Bradley Ruh (Connie), Cheryl Van Ells (Martin) of Ocoee, FL., Keith Ruh (Angela), Kevin Ruh (Denice) of Apopka, FL. and Sharla Peters (Timothy) of Suring, WI.; his grandchildren, Steven Ruh (Nicole), Melissa Ruh, Alexandria Van Ells, Erin Van Ells, Grace McCoy (Kellen), Preston Ruh (Madeline), Ella Ruh, Monica Ruh, Noah Ruh, Justin Hitsman (Melissa) and Joshua Hitsman; his siblings, Carolyn Dreier (Mark) and Thomas Ruh (Wendy); and his sisters-in-law, Karen Ruh and Joann Bramstedt. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name.
