She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ott and Margaret Ott (Leach); her husband Charles Kutz; her grandson Mark; and her siblings, Robert Ott, Donald Ott (Shirley) and Loraine Hugg (Bud).
She is survived by: her children, David Kutz (Kim) of Elkhorn, Mary Davenport of Neenah, Veronica Roth of Milton and Diane Kutz of Elkhorn. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
