He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kullberg and Dorothy Kullberg (Turnquist); and his siblings, Mary Lou and John Kullberg. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Kate Marchewka (Chad); his grandchildren, Henry and Ada Marchewka; his parents-in-law, Karen Vitale (Michael) and Neill Frame (Pam); and his nieces and nephews, Robin Pierson, Barb Honeyman (Craig), Jim Frame, Zach Frame (Emily), Kyle Dailey, Taytum, Ava, Makayla and Nora. He is also survived by sister and brothers-in-law.
