He is survived by: his children, Diane Pate, Kevin Bulow, Ron Bulow (Traci) and Randy Bulow (Stacy); his grandchildren, Dustin Berry (Ashley), Zach Berry (Candace), Tiffany Berry, Douglas Pate, Sam Bulow, Lora Bulow (James), Adam Bulow (Emily), Josh Bulow, Ben Bulow, Mallory Bulow and Jack Bulow (Kameron); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Brooks Berry, MaKenzie, Chase Kopczynsk and Harrison Berry; Kathy Bulow.
