With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen H. Abbe of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 7, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William Stege and Lydia Stege (Harms); her husband William G. Abbe; and her brothers, Irwin Stege (Ann) and Marvin Stege.
She is survived by : her children, Lois Spragia (Mike), Gerald Abbe (JoAnne) and Debbie Clark (Jim); her grandchildren, Gina Brellenthin (Kurt), Julie Fitch (Peter), Joanna Spragia, Patrick Abbe (Kate), Andrew Abbe (Kate), Bridget Counts (Chad), Timothy Abbe (Jami), Jill Musgrove (Nick), Ben Clark (Katie) and Kelly Guthrie (Craig); and her sister-in-law Barbara Stege. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Lutheran Church and School 415 Devendorf Street Elkhorn, WI.
