He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Maynard and Carol Maynard (Schellhorn); his brother Danny; and his niece Cassie. He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Maynard, Lisa Otto (William) and Lori Otto (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Richard, James (Lindsey), Jacob, Stephanie (Hunter), Jon, Ally, Lacy, Brody and Haley; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dennis, Grady, Penelope, Ellena, Everleigh, Emelia, Avery, Alleigha, Malani and William. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, other relatives and many friends.
